For hair ventilation, there are different sizes of lace and the service charges for each lace size.

These are basic factory production lace listed below

✅ 2*4 closure lace(this lace is 2 inches wide and 4 inches long/deep).

✅ 2*6 closure lace(also known as Kim-K closure lace is 2 inches wide and 6 inches long/deep).

✅ 4*4 closure lace(this lace is 4 inches wide and 4 inches long/deep).

✅ 5*5 closure lace(this lace is 5 inches wide and 5 inches long/deep).

✅ 6*6 closure lace(also known as mini-frontal is 6 inches wide and 6 inches long/deep).

✅ 7*7 closure lace(also known as mini-frontal is 7 inches wide and 7 inches long/deep).

✅ 13*4 frontal lace(is 13 inches wide and 4 inches deep/long. It extends from one ear end to the other ear end, hence providing lots of styling options but limited around the front head area).

✅ 13*6 frontal lace(is 13 inches wide and 6 inches deep/long. It extends from one ear end to the other ear end, hence providing lots of styling options but limited around the front head area).

✅360 lace cap just as the name implies, has its lace all round in a 360 pattern, while the center of the cap is left out open without lace for weave sew-in.

✅Full lace cap just as the name implies is a cap made entirely of lace net, there is place for weave sew-in on a full lace cap. It’s more like wearing your own full scalp on your head. The styling options here is unlimited just as your natural head. A full lace cap also comes in different head size and we can customize according to individual head size too!

Shipping

Shipping within Nigeria takes about 1-7 working days for hair extensions and 7-21 working days for custom orders such as wigs, ventilation, and revamping services. The same goes for international orders. Orders placed after 6 pm WAT will be processed the following business day. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to over 220 countries via FedEx. A tracking number will be to you to track your order. All orders shipped outside Nigeria may be subject to additional shipping charges based on your country's end on tariff, tax, and customs duty. Styletreebera has nothing to do with or is not associated with these fees. At the checkout page, select your country, and the shipping fee is calculated based on your location. If you have additional questions or require more information, please contact your local customs office.

Processing Times and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only except on national holidays. It takes about 1-7 business days for hair extensions to be delivered, custom wigs, ventilation, preorders, etc. takes about 7-21 business days to be delivered.

Returns

Styleteebera wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order based on our return policy, we will accept your return within the specified return time frame on our return policy. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Please email styleteebera@gmail.com with your return request if eligible. The customer or returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any return request after the required return date from our return policy requirement will result in final sale. Items purchased during promos are the final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
